自家製ちょい細麺「たの久」

​TA NO KYU

初代が、徳島と香川のうどん屋で修行し、脱サラして始めた「たの久」。当初は、各種うどんと、ちらし寿司、いなり寿司でした。

あれから四十有余年、今ではずいぶんメニューが増えました。食べたいエビ天の本数が選べるうどんやドンブリ。自家製の鶏の唐揚げドンブリや定食など、お客様のニーズに合わせて、どんどん新メニューを提供しています。手打ちうどんブームや讃岐うどんブームを経て、うどん店と言えばセルフうどんが主流の昨今、出汁や麺も初代のレシピそのままで、かたくなに昔スタイルにこだわり、やってます。
